1. Acceptance of Terms

Service offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Not all services are available in all locations.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by Cornerstone Tequesta Lanai Sunrooms & Patios - whether in person, by phone, by email, or through our website - is a good-faith approximation based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not final quotes and are subject to revision based on site conditions, permit requirements, material availability, and scope changes discovered during the project.

A written, signed contract governs the final price for any project. We will not begin work without a signed contract in place. Any changes to scope or materials after the contract is signed will be documented in a written change order, which must be approved by both parties before work on the change proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are subject to permit approval timelines, material lead times, and crew availability. We will communicate scheduling expectations clearly and update you promptly if anything changes. We are not liable for delays caused by permitting authorities, material suppliers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you need to cancel or postpone a project after signing a contract, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms - including any deposit forfeiture or reimbursement for materials already ordered - will be specified in your written contract. Where no specific cancellation terms are stated, reasonable notice of at least 14 days is expected before any scheduled work begins.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and accepted methods of payment will be stated in your written contract. In general, we require a deposit before work begins and progress payments tied to project milestones, with a final payment due upon completion and your acceptance of the finished work.

Invoices not paid within the timeframe stated in your contract may be subject to late fees as specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payments are past due until the account is brought current.

6. Permits and Compliance

Where required by law, Cornerstone Tequesta Lanai Sunrooms & Patios will obtain the necessary building permits for your project. The cost of permits is typically included in or added to the project contract. Permit review and approval timelines are controlled by local authorities and are outside our control. We will not begin structural work until required permits are in hand.

You are responsible for informing us of any homeowners association (HOA) requirements that apply to your property. We can assist with providing documentation for HOA submissions, but obtaining HOA approval is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Any express warranty we provide for our workmanship will be stated in your written contract. Where a warranty is provided, it covers defects in our workmanship under normal use conditions for the period stated. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, acts of nature, third-party modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to maintain the structure as recommended.

Materials and products installed by us are covered by the manufacturer warranties applicable to those products. We will assist you in understanding and registering those warranties where applicable.

Except for the express warranties described above, our services and the information on our Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cornerstone Tequesta Lanai Sunrooms & Patios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.
