Our Story

Cornerstone Tequesta Lanai Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2015 by builders who grew up working on South Florida homes and understood what the coastal climate demands of any outdoor addition. Based in Tequesta, we work throughout northern Palm Beach County - from the waterfront neighborhoods along the Loxahatchee River to the communities surrounding Jupiter and beyond.

Tequesta is a small village, and we like it that way. Most of our clients know their neighbors, care about how their homes look, and expect a contractor who shows up when promised and does not disappear mid-project. We have built our reputation one sunroom at a time in this community, and nearly all of our new work comes from referrals.

Over the years we have worked on everything from simple screened enclosures to fully air-conditioned four-season rooms with impact-rated glass. We know the permit process at the Village of Tequesta, we know the HOA approval procedures common in this area, and we know how to build structures that hold up when hurricane season arrives.
